Recording is your responsibility. UtterNote suggests using off-shift staff sessions or anonymized scenarios. PHI must not be transmitted to or stored by us.
What about HIPAA?
UtterNote is not a covered entity's BA by default. For HIPAA-bound use, contact us to enable BAA terms.
