What are UtterCredits?
UtterCredits (UC) are the currency that unlocks AI work in UtterNote. 1 minute of audio transcription = 1 UC. 1 SOP generation = 5 UC. Video and AI-powered features cost a few credits more. Your monthly plan gives you a fresh budget each month.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
Two options: buy a top-up pack (credits never expire), or upgrade to a higher tier. We never overcharge — you tap "Top up" and choose how much.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits reset each billing period. Top-up pack credits never expire and are consumed only after subscription credits run out.
Can I switch plans?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer annual discounts?
20% off when you pay annually. Visible in the toggle above.
Is there a free trial of paid features?
The Free tier serves as your trial — generous enough to evaluate the whole product. We may offer a 14-day Pro Trial banner to specific accounts in the future.
How do refunds work?
Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of the current period (no proration refund). Annual plans get a prorated refund within 30 days. Top-up packs are non-refundable.
